Sub Focus delivers the first single from his highly anticipated debut album and gives us a taste of what we can expect later this summer.
'Rock It' is a full on dance floor assault thats fastly become the peoples anthem of 2009. Already and permanent fixture with virtually every DJs set within DnB and beyond, including the shows of Zane Lowe and Annie Mac. Automatically recognisable with its half time intro, vocoder vocal hooks and lead-line, you wouldn't be mistaken if you thought this tracks was talking to you. This has organic cross over appeal written all over it and we could definitely see some sort of national play list with this track on it.
'Follow The Light', is an awesome piece of musical production in its own right. This has become one of the most anticipated releases for Ram Records and Sub Focus since he debuted it nationally during his DJ set at Glastonbury that was broadcast live on Radio 1. As such it soon become Zane Lowes Hottest Record In The World and has gained numerous plays radio wise since and has become a permanent fixture in the sets of dance musics A list DJs world-wide.
Special features on this release will include a vocal version of 'Follow The Light' on the picture disc release whilst 'Rock It' will be supported by a video to go with the radio edit.
