"Writer's Block" Ohne Peter Bjorn And John geht in Schweden gar nichts. Bei allen wichtigen Bands der letzten Jahre haben die drei als Studiomusiker, Produzenten oder live mitgemischt: Moneybrother, Hives, Nicolai Dunger, Shout Out Louds, International Noise Conspiracy ... Umso skandalöser, dass erst ihr drittes eigenes Album auch außerhalb Schwedens veröffentlicht wird. Denn bei der Sixtiespop-Hymne "Young Folks" singen sie im Duett mit der Concretes-Musikerin Victoria Bergsman und schütteln damit mal eben den Indiehit des Sommers aus dem Ärmel. Und die restlichen Songs können sogar mithalten. Wer unaufdringlichen und trotzdem unwiderstehlichen Songwriterpop auf so hohem Niveau spielt, sollte sich nicht in anderen schwedischen Bands verstecken
