Subbalicious looks to supply delightful, fresh and delicious sounding dubstep releases to the UK, Europe, and the rest of the dubstep world. Using its direct connection between the Dubstep capital of the world (London) and the marijuana capital of the world (Amsterdam), the Subbalicious is geared for any dancefloor crowd that can get to down to some bass. About Chef: Chef is a resident DJ at both of Dubstep’s best known club nights, namely DMZ & FWD, and also has his own radio show on the popular Rinse FM. He was voted as one of the top 5 international Dubstep DJs on dubstepforum.com, and has been all over the world, spinning the latest tunes from his bag of Transition dubs. “Sub Soca” is a track Chef made for the first anniversary of DMZ and now, after 2½ years, is finally being released. It has been revised a bit to fit 2008 Dubstep standards, but still has that sexy soca vibe to it. A guaranteed tune to get people up and dancing whether their at the club or in the train. About Cluekid: Cluekid has been into bass-music since the age of 16. Starting of as an MC over Grime music, Cluekid went on to explore the rest of the UK underground bass scene. Soon Cluekid was producing and djing grime and jungle, but it was actually Chef who eventually pulled Cluekid into the Dubstep direction. The result was Cluekid teaming up with beat cohort Cotti, and releasing various hit tunes such as “Sensi Dub”, “Hovercraft”, and “Toadstep” for their shared label -30 Recordings and also Cluekid’s personal label, Bullfrog Beats. Monkey Style is a fresh new track done by Cluekid. It has a heavy jungle influence that is sue to wet an appetite for more. About Osiris: Osiris is one of the original pioneers of Dubstep in the Netherlands. As a dj, he’s played countless parties, from grime sets on the radio, to some of the first dubstep parties in Holland, and currently playing all over Holland, in clubs large and small. As a businessman, his credentials include: being the owner of Dubstep.nl (#1 online Dutch Dubstep community), Us Management (artist management company), co-owner of Brrrap! (Dutch Dubstep Fanzine), as well as being involved in the Oi! raves in Amsterdam and soon running the Oi! record label.
